Spring

For our valley, as for most of the world, spring is the season of awakening and rebirth: the days are getting longer, the temperatures are rising and nature blossoms in all its beauty.

For our ancestors, however, this was also a time of great activity. Opportunities for getting together and celebrating were rare. The rites and traditions of this period are mostly connected to religion and especially to the Easter celebrations.
