Our family-run residence consists of two adjacent houses, four meters apart from each other, located in a quiet yet convenient position with simple, practical, and comfortable apartments. In winter, by skiing down our private 50-meter path (ski-in and ski-out), you will have direct access to the "Doninz" ski slope, which is connected to the entire Alta Badia ski area. In summer, the proximity to the woods and hiking trails allows you direct access to the nature. If you wish to spend your long-awaited holidays in complete freedom, organize your day as you prefer, and enjoy the beauty of the Dolomites in total peace and tranquility, then our family-run residence is the perfect place for you.
