Clean, safe, efficient: Alta Badia’s summer lifts are a worthwhile alternative to your car
Move around freely, in all safety and comfort. In summer, Alta Badia features a network of lift systems leading up high into the mountains while connecting different villages of the valley, thus providing a sound alternative to car driving. They are powered by green electricity from renewable sources and fitted with the latest generation of low-power engines. We consider environmental protection as a fundamental, essential and achievable value which we firmly believe in. Join us in preserving our environment. Once you have arrived in Alta Badia, make sure to enjoy the benefits of our alternative transport system and savour a holiday free from traffic and parking stress.
Alta Badia Summer Card
The more you use it, the less you spend and the less you pollute
The Alta Badia Summer Card is very easy to use and, most importantly, it allows you to bypass the queues and limit the use of your car. Rates vary according to utilisation, ranging from a one-day pass to a twelve-day pass. The longer the purchased period of time, the greater your discount. Good to know: children up to eight years of age travel for free.
In Alta Badia, alternative mobility is a reality
As soon as you reach your destination in Alta Badia, park your car and bid it farewell for a while. Travel by cable car, public transport and bike to get around and enjoy a truly sustainable holiday. The Borest cable car represents an excellent way to move between Corvara and Colfosco without the need for a car and the stressful search for a parking space. The La Fraina and Bamby chairlifts on the high plateau of Piz Sorega and Piz La Ila provide a comfortable connection between the villages of La Villa and San Cassiano. Support us in reducing your carbon footprint, minimising your impact as much as possible. The Dolomites will be grateful.
