Our farmstead was once an ancient stable that has preserved the charm of the past with a rustic atmosphere. The cuisine is a true journey into Ladin flavours, lovingly prepared by our mom Annamaria. For her, fresh products, picked from her garden, meat from our farm, milk and fresh ricotta are the key ingredients. Each dish tells the story of our land and its riches.
