Cristian Fagone, born in 1988, is a Chef with a prestigious background, working in famous restaurants such as Osteria del Pomireau, at Miramonti L'Altro and at Le Calandre, refining his skills in environments of culinary excellence. His cooking is strongly influenced by his Sicilian roots, a legacy from his father, which is reflected in his flavors and dishes. After several seasons of experience in high-level kitchens, at the young age of 29 Cristian decided to take an independent path by opening the restaurant “Impronte” in Bergamo.
